Schulman Week 11: Website Readability
The website for Yahoo! is a great example of readability. Each portion the the site is separate, making the whole site easy to read. The top portion of the site is the search engine part, which is a long bar that stretches a majority of the length of the whole site. Below that in the middle are the stories that are interesting to readers that are easy to highlight are read. On the left are very popular links as well as Yahoo! mail. Finally, on the right, are other popular websites as well as advertisements and such. I apologize for not providing a screenshot but my computer will not allow me to do so for whatever reason.

Josh,
ReplyDeleteI do think Yahoo's website is a good example of readability. I like how they have the search engine at the top of the website. This makes searching a lot easier and direct. Their tabs on the left are also effective. This part is obviously separate from searching Yahoo, and I think it's a great idea.
