Week 9-Westbury

Cosmopolitan Magazines website, specifically the "Celebs & Styles" section, clearly uses Lupton's grid technique. When you look at the website you can see that it was designed using horizontal and vertical grids. There is a lot of key information on this page that the reader needs to be able to see clearly, therefore to make sure that the space on the page was used effectively, cosmo implemented grid technique. They utilized the middle column for the key headers. This draws the reader to look at this information first. Cosmo consistently uses the columns throughout this page which allows for a clean and effective web page.
