This is the website for SU athletics. This is an example of a web page with bad usability. The initial navigation bar is easy enough but the page itself is way too cluttered. There are way too many different boxes and way too much information is thrown at the viewer and it is hard to process it all. This site needs to be redesigned so that it is easier to understand and makes more sense to people who are using it.

While admirable in their quest to provide us with everything we would ever want from a sports website, it tries too hard and puts way too much information on the homepage. Maybe if they made more links, it could clear up the homepage a little bit.

ReplyDeletethe website is definitely cluttered. Since they have a lot of information, they are packing everything on the main website. Not only is it difficult visually, but it's also difficult to navigate the website as well. They go through many loops and almost loses the reader.

This site is very cluttered. I personally come to the site every now an then and every time I find it extremely hard to navigate. There is so much to see and so many sub headers that your eye does not know which way to look. Excellent example
