I think that the Forever 21 website has very poor usability. The links at the top of the page that bring you to different pages are not distinct and blend in with the links for completely different websites that do not relate to Forever 21. The links get lost in white space and it becomes difficult for the viewer to interpret and find them quickly. Also above these links are other options to navigate around the site. These options are not distinct from the previous links and are highlighted in gray, which makes it harder for the viewer to find them. I think that the designer of the website needs to use more distinct coloring and use different typefaces and colors to distinguish which link is which.

ReplyDeleteI definitely agree. It is really hard to see all the links and that makes it difficult to navigate the whole site, which is not easy to begin with.
I agree that this site is hard to navigate as a whole. The links are very small and prove hard to read, especially for those new to the site. This was an excellent choice on a site that is poorly contructed
